What makes the coffee “mushroom coffee”?
Each coffee pairs roasted coffee with a mushroom extract chosen for its flavor character. It is still coffee first: warm, aromatic, and made for the mug you already love.
How do I prepare it?
Use your favorite brew method and start with the ratio on the bag. Ground coffees are easy in a drip brewer, pour-over, French press, or whatever setup makes you happy. Instant only needs hot water; the Coffee Substitute and Mushroom Hot Chocolate each have their own simple preparation notes.
What is in the first collection?
Sanibel Blend, Toasted Coconut, Butterscotch Caramel, Chocolate Turtle, Cinnamon Crunch, Perfect Pistachio, Dark Roast, Espresso Ground, Decaf Blend, Irish Dreams, and seasonal Frosted Pumpkin, plus Instant Mushroom Coffee, Coffee Substitute, and Mushroom Hot Chocolate.
