I’m keeping the coffee shelf small on purpose: Sanibel Blend, Toasted Coconut, darker roasts, sweeter pours, and a seasonal drop when the timing is right. Everything is a preview while I get the shelf ready.

I started Wild Stem because the best part of a coffee shop is never only the drink. It is the bag you notice, the mug you reach for, and the little thing on the shelf that makes the morning feel more like yours. I keep the selection small on purpose: I’d rather carry eleven coffees I love than fifty I don’t, and I leave out anything that doesn’t earn its place beside the cup.
